Returns & Refunds
At Dresseoasis, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to “Order History.”
- Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Attach the prepaid return label (if applicable) and send your parcel back to us.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original boxes.
- Sale items and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order online.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
